This sounds like an old traditional ballad but I believe it was written by an Irish guy,
McPeake in the 50's. This is Lucy Wainwright Roche's version and in my humble opinion
is the best one going around these days. Depending on your gender preference, you can
Lassie instead of Laddie. Lucy plays it in C#. Not sure if she use capo on 1st fret however.
