Far From The Shore
I lay down my head at night causing dreams to take flight.
They flow like rivers and sound like slithers through the snow in the winter time.
Itâs an epiphonie a realization itâs a coming of the age.
When you found just what your looking for.
Dreams take flight and off we soar.
Donât count up your steps ahead just add up what youâve taken.
And times it by your faith and soon awaken.
With motivation your destination is not to far away.
Your dreams are just a blueprint for a goal that youâve got yet to find.
So fine, fine, no I canât define what this life really means.
Just riding waves to another place, I wanna land somewhere in outer space.
So can we go somewhere Iâve never been before.
Can we sail across the water. Far from the shore.
Far Far right.
Here we go now to a distant star in outer space. I can see the milky way.
Here comes the sun now youâre my favorite star.
You light up the world and light up the life inside.
In the morning, the moon shines a light to let me know itâs alright.
As it shines the slightest light.
And when I get to that star I hope that I find you.
To take me to another place so far in outer space.
