This song is in 3/4 time signature.
If you want to play it on piano, listen to the rythm closely first. The best
way to play it that I could find is to play the 1, 5 and 8 of the chord with your
left hand, and in first inversion of the chord with your right hand an octave up.
So for example, for the C#m chord, your left hand plays C# C# E C#,
and your right hand plays E E G# C#. It's the same throughout the whole song.
It probably does variate at some point, but this
is the simplest way and best sounding way to play it with just two hands that I
could find (pretty sure the piano on the recording is layered).

[Intro]
C#m F# A C#m Badd9 F# A C#
[Verse 1]
C#m F# A C#m
This is a waltz thinking about our bodies
Badd9 F# A C#
What they mean for our salvation
C#m F# A C#m
With only the clothes that we stand up in
Badd9 F# A C#
Just the ground on which we stand
C#m F# A C#m
Is the darkness ours to take?
Badd9 F# A C#
Bathed in lightness, bathed in heat
G#m A G#m F#m C#m
[Verse 2]
C#m G#m A G#m F#m C#m
All is well as long as we keep spinning
C#m G#m A G#m F#m C#m
Here and now, dancing behind a wall
C#m G#m A G#m F#m C#m
When the old songs and laughter we do
C#m G#m
All forgiven
A G#m F#m C#m C# C#m
Always and never been true
[Verse 3]
C#m F# A C#m
When I arrive will you come and find me
Badd9 F# A C#
Or in a crowd be one of them?
C#m F# A C#m
Wore the wrong sign, back beside her
Badd9 F# A C#
Know tomorrow's at peace
G#m A G#m F#m C#m
